1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, placing an order, submitting payment, or paying an invoice (including deposits and custom orders), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom and made-to-order tack is final sale.

Custom items are designed specifically for each customer and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
Design approval (written or electronic) constitutes acceptance of the final design.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in color, stone placement, or materials may occur and are not considered defects.

3. Payments & Deposits

Some custom orders require a non-refundable deposit to begin the design process.
Certain custom orders require payment in full upfront, particularly for name-specific, specialty color, or complex designs.
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the order but are non-refundable.
Remaining balances must be paid before production or shipment.
Failure to complete payment may result in delays or cancellation, with the deposit forfeited.

4. Processing Times

Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Custom orders typically require extended production timelines due to their personalized nature.
Delays caused by material availability, production volume, or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are separate from processing times.
Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers.
Any claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed with the carrier.

6. Retail (Non-Custom) Items

Retail (non-custom) items may be eligible for return within 5 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Sale items are final sale unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, images, branding, patterns, and product concepts are the intellectual property of Betty Ice™ and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

Custom designs are created exclusively for the purchasing customer and may not be duplicated for resale.

8. Limitation of Liability

Betty Ice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
