REFUND & RETURN POLICY

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All TACK including custom, made-to-order tack is final sale.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted on custom or personalized items.
Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
Design approval (written or electronic) confirms acceptance of the final design.
Due to the handmade nature of custom tack, minor variations in color, materials, or stone placement may occur and are not considered defects.

Retail (non-custom) items may be returned within 5 days of delivery if:

The item is unused
In original condition
Returned with original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Sale or discounted items are final sale unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect retail item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for resolution.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers.
